    We at Cheeky Bambino are confident that you will LOVE your purchase! But if for some unfortunate reason you need to make a return or exchange, please read our policies below.

    Returns within Australia

    Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange, credit note or refund. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the original tags still attached.

    Some goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on sale items and/or gift cards and we are unable to accept returns on Hobbe furniture. These orders are strictly final.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

    Please contact us directly at if you would like to make a return so we can organize a shipping label for you. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us directly so that we can check available stock for you.

    All returns within Australia are trackable. Returns will be charged at a flat rate of $9.95 (excluding bulky goods), this cost for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Sale Items

    Only regular priced items may be returned, exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items are strictly final.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    Faulty Items

    If by some accident you receive an item that you consider to be faulty – please contact us directly within 14 days of receiving the item to resolve the issue.
